为了增进在校大学生之间的交流，营造生动活泼、积极向上的团结氛围，在学校学工部领导的支持下，2019年x月x日，院40名学生在升旗广场参加了由微笑心理协会组织的以“集体中塑造自我，合作中塑造快乐”为主题的大学生户外素质拓展训练营活动。
此次平职学院大学生户外素质拓展训练营活动由院心理咨询中心主任特邀请学工处书记举办。共举办三期，每期学生40人。
训练开始，40名学生被分为2组，在一定时间内小组成员通过自我赏识和竞选大比拼的方式选出了队长，随后，依次进行的是“雷区取水”“举案齐眉”“同舟共济”“蒙眼障碍”等活动项目。
活动结束时，每个人都谈了自己的感受，大家都认识到团队的作用，被队长敢于担当和对队员不抛弃不放弃的精神深深地感动，收获了超出以往在课堂和书本上的间接经验和总结，增强了自信心，提升了自我牺牲、自我奉献的意识，磨练了战胜困难的毅力。相信在今后的学习、工作和生活中，大家都会积极调整身心状态，勇敢面对工作和生活的挑战，发挥团队合作精神，把平职学院建设的更加美好！
本次活动旨在通过素质拓展，提高学生的综合素质，加强团队的凝聚力，培养了他们的组织交际能力和实践能力，提升了团队合作精神，增强了团队协作意识，营造了一个更为和谐的团队。也为他们提供了一个相互交流和学习的机会为以后进入团队工作打下坚实的基础。

x月x日下午2：00，在我校北区篮球场上一场声势浩大的户外拓展活动开始了。全院各部门的部长带领着自己部门的干事来参加由我部门主办的户外拓展活动。
此次户外拓展活动旨在让全院 departments of students and the freshmen understand the fun of university life, understand the characteristics of our department, enhance their teamwork and cooperation capabilities, demonstrate their unity and spirit in working together, and create a more harmonious atmosphere.
而 I am also here to make this activity better for them by putting all these efforts into it. This activity was organized long ago, but considering many factors such as feasibility and funds, we decided on the practical approach of borrowing some activities from previous events. Ultimately, after carefully preparing, planning, organizing, executing, and adjusting plans, I think that the success of this activity is a result of all the hard work and commitment done by all parts.
The duration of the event was 2 hours, from 2:00pm to4:00pm, giving it a total of two hours and thirty minutes. Despite the long duration, the number of participants was quite large, allowing everyone to participate without much trouble. This activity not only demonstrated the importance of practical experience in learning but also highlighted how it can enhance one's skills and qualities.
However, this activity still had some shortcomings. For example, with so many people, there were difficulties in managing groups effectively, and some students did not listen actively to the instruction when they were inactive, leading them to leave without proper guidance. These are things we should take seriously next time.
Overall, I believe that the overall performance of this activity is quite good. It was a success for our department as much as possible.

为了加强班级凝聚力，丰富大家的业余文化生活，营造积极的班级气氛，增加同学们的活跃性，展示我们班团结奋进，积极进取的精神。于是 we班 in 20xx x month x day conducted a one-day outdoor activity called " xx river户外 activity" , which aimed to achieve several goals:
First, the preparation stage was organized by our class committees. Each member of the class committee took on their responsibilities and ensured that all materials were ready, including materials for the event, such as carpets, ropes, and奖品.
Secondly, during the execution phase, we formed groups under the guidance of our class representatives, ensuring that each group had a clear role and responsibility, with the help of students from different classes participating actively. The activity was conducted on February 19th at 4:00pm in the campus.
During the opening ceremony, we invited the principal and other members of the student body to join us. This activity aimed to give our class a sense of fun and provide them with an opportunity for interaction outside their academic spheres.
The activities included:

Starting the event at 5:30 pm. The students followed the guide and representatives in preparing to begin activities at 6:30pm.

During lunch at 1:30pm, after setting up, we held a break and then moved on to the main activities.

At 4:00pm, the activity began with a team-based competition called "多人多足" game, where each participant worked together to form teams of two and walked towards the finish line. This required coordination and teamwork.
After that, we had the game "真心话大冒险", which was an engaging activity designed to keep everyone's interest.
The activities were held until 5:30pm when the students were joined for lunch.
At the end of the day, after a casual discussion with our class representatives, we left and proceeded to relax. Overall, this activity helped us increase members' active participation in group activities, which further strengthened our collective unity and spirit.
In conclusion, we organized this outdoor event in a way that promotes our class's team spirit and provides them with an opportunity for interaction outside their academic spheres.
Overall, we believe that such activities are very effective and should be encouraged and promoted more often.
